The presentation of the first of its kind “Book for the Exchange”

The presentation of the first of its kind “Book for the Exchange”, written by one of the founders of the Sofia Commodity Exchange and its director to this day – Vasil Simov, took place on December 9 in the Vitosha Hall of the Marinela Sofia Hotel.
In front of a select group of representatives of Bulgaria’s financial and economic world, the presenter Joro Toshev excitedly shared about his personal “accidental” meetings with Vasil over the years and praised the emotional and convincing story he met while reading the book.
In front of his audience, Vasil Simov excitedly went back in time and told interesting facts about his initial steps in stock exchange practice and his first visits to significant stock exchanges in the world with a sense of humor.
The author also shared his difficult battles in the years with which he managed to keep the stock exchange institution intact and working. He openly said that one of the reasons for creating the book was the thirtieth anniversary, which is celebrated in 2021.
